Sound familiar? Me too! I think it’s safe to say that nearly every woman, at one point or another, has looked at their wardrobe and thought to themselves, “I have nothing to wear,” or “I am sick of everything in my closet.”
 
Sometimes it seems like I’ve shopped my entire life for clothes and still don’t have a thing to wear.
 
Even Katherine Hepburn once said, “I wear my ‘sort of’ clothes to save me the trouble of deciding which clothes to wear.”
 
Here’s the good news…. Thanks to one of the newest fashion trends, it’s a great time to look at your closet in a new way. Even without spending a dime, you can update your wardrobe by mixing and matching prints and patterns. Once you master the art of mixing, your options for potential outfits in your closet will wildly increase.
 
This trend though can be rather tricky to get right. Since we were kids, we’ve been practicing the art of “matching.” Now we have to think a bit out of the box! So while it may take some time to build up the courage to start pairing the unexpected, the chic and fun results are well worth the effort. From dots to stripes….from leopard to floral, to the printed pieces already in your wardrobe, all you have to do is start mixing…
